Daycare description / philosophy
"Making a difference in your family and community!" The Whispering Hills Daycare Society has been providing childcare to Athabasca and area for over 25 years. Offering accredited programs for children between the ages of 0 months to 12 years of age. Our licensed locations feature a warm and caring environment allowing the children to develop to their fullest potential. We are a community that believes what we teach today will have a lasting effect on tomorrow's future.Our staff are certified and trained in Early Childhood Development and First Aid.
All programs offer a variety of activities from crafts, music, story time and imaginative play.
Access to indoor gyms and outdoor playgrounds.
Children access Community programs offered by the Athabasca Regional Multiplex Summer Programming and other specials events provided by various community organizations.
Healthy meals and snacks as per Canada's Food Guide are provided.
