The care and environment of this Child Care Service Provision and Program aims to be unique and to achieve excellence in the areas of nurturing children's emotional, psychological and spiritual development.... maintaining/creating high self -esteem and self-confidence, compassion for self and others, care and contribution to our community in age appropriate ways in addition to providing opportnities to develop in all four areas of a pre-school program (physical, cognitive, emotional and social). In addition, Christian teaching is available in terms of Bible lessons, Christian themed children's books, music etc.. as a special focus in the structured program... children of all backgrounds are welcome!



This Care Provider has a University Education, Level 2 Child Development Worker Certification, Current First Aid/ CPR, Pollice Check, 17 years experience working w/ children, youth and families including children ages infant to age 12 in various child care settings and roles and in addition have training and experience working w/ children with special needs.



The following desireable characteristics of care may be on your check list:



-Healthy meals and snacks, limited packaged foods, fresh ingredients w/ limited processing chemicals, sugars, salt and uhealthy fats... whole grains and fresh foods used as much as possible.... special diets will be accomodated (please inquire)

-gardening both flowers and vegetables in backyard in large garden (as well as a potted plant per child)

- pets here include med size dog, cat, rabbits.... plenty of opporunity to both enjoy and learn to care for animals

-Life skills and life planning... exploring different interests, careers, hobbies, talents in age appropriate activities and educational viewing
