Welcome to Little Tikes @ Dayhome! :)

Hi our names are Sarah(36 yrs) and Amanda(25 yrs), we are just starting our own Day home in the Penbrooke area. We have over 20 years of combined experience in childcare!

A little bit about us:

Sarah - I'm a mother of two beautiful girls, one is 20 years old and the other one is 16. I have had a day home business for many years before, and have helped raise and care for children of all ages, and even to this day I still keep in contact with the family's. I also have experience in children with special needs as my youngest daughter has learning disabilities. I'm looking to open this day home because I simply love children and being able to watch them succeed in the littlest of things.

Kara - I do not have any children of my own, however I do have three younger siblings that I have helped with raising. Along with my three siblings I have tons of cousins which I have babysat on many occasions and still do every now and again. I'm looking to open this day home because I love being around kids, and watching them grow up into young adults like you and I.

Ok so enough about us.... Here is what we offer:
Nutritional Meals ( Breakfast on request, lunch and 2 snacks)
Crafts and learning centres for all ages
Indoor and outdoor play time daily (weather permitting of course)
Story time
Occasional outings (parks, zoo, walks etc.)

And plenty more! :)

We have our First aid/CPR certificate, and we can also give a criminal record check and references on request.

Our hours of operation will be 6am-6pm Monday-Friday (can be flexible to suit your family needs).

The age range for children we can take into the day home is 6 months - 12 years (can be flexible).

We offer affordable prices to suit your family's needs, can save up to $300 a month compared to a licensed daycare. Family's with two or more children will receive a discounted price.

Our day home is pet friendly and smoke free.
