Daycare description / philosophy

Our program is a play-based center as we believe that children learn best through play.
We provide a safe nurturing environment for each child and acts as a supplement by providing loving care and protection similar to what their parents provide. This child care center is a model of high quality in child care and education. As Child Care Professionals, we strive to create a play-based learning environment that is safe, healthy, secure, stimulating and encouraging where children can develop positive self-esteem. We believe in the delivery of a high-quality child care program; in support of families within a multicultural community. Our program will access community resources that are developmentally appropriate for the children to foster and enrich their growth. The program is geared towards providing the maximum opportunity for the child to develop in all areas of growth; physically, socially, creatively, cognitive, emotionally and intellectually. All interactions between staff, children and their families are guided by mutual respect for individuals and their special individuality.
