Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

Little People Child Care has available space for ages 2 and up.

I have worked in the child care field all my adult life and have run my day home for the last 18 years. I have completed my Early childhood Education and Development at Mount Royal College..
I hold and renew my CPR yearly and First aid every 2 years. My husband and I have both police clearances and child welfare checks.

I provide breakfast, lunch and snacks daily. 90% of the meals and foods served are made from scratch with limited processed foods.
I have a large, fully fenced, well equipped play yard and am walking distance to several playgrounds

For parents who need child care but would like their child to have a preschool experience, well you're in luck. As a qualified preschool teacher, I will offer your child from 2.5 through 5 years a preschool experience right here in at my child care program.

My hours are 7 - 5 with possibility of 5:30 pick up at a higher rate.

I provide tax receipts and excellent references.

I do not offer transportation to schools, because I don't think it's fair to the younger children in my care to spend hours each day dropping off and picking up at several different locations.
We do take field trips and participate in activities, for which transportation is provided in my 8 seater van.
