Daycare description / philosophy
The basics:7:30-5:30, $45 / day, nutritious (high fiber / low sugar/ lots of fruits and vegetables) meals, drinks, and snacks provided, I have co-operated a licensed group home daycare in Winnipeg for 7 years, and many parents would love to provide excellent references!
Our Family:
We are a fun loving, caring family looking forward to welcoming you to our home. My husband Andy works for Costco, and is a Star Wars, super hero, comic book fan.....almost like having another kid with too many toys in the house! Just joking honey....love you. Chloe is seven and will be in grade 2 this fall. She loves reading Junie b. Jones books, swimming and all kinds of animals. Daphne is three and is the comedian of the family, likes to make a bold fashion statement, and loves to dance. I love reading, gardening, camping, and sunflower seeds among many, many, many, other things!
My approach to childcare:
I like to balance daily routine with spontaneous learning experiences, some days you just never know where our imaginations can take us. In our home kids can be kids, they've got a bazillion years of school ahead of them, so our curriculum is led by the children's interests and ideas. We are going to have a lot of fun, messy, muddy, glue and sparkly adventures! Once we get to know each other I'm certain you'll be completely at ease and trust that your child will be loved and respected.
