FRIENDLY EXPLORERS DAYCARE is a licensed child care facility who is a fun and exciting environment filled with great, hands on activities for your child!! This facilitiy is "learn through play" encouraging children to experiment by using there senses!!
We offer a variety curriculum programs to enhance your childs developmental abilities:
- monthly fun themes
- celebrate every holiday
- science experiments
- early math(making numbers in shaving cream, playdough)
- dramatic play
- field trips
- puzzles
- baking together
- show 'n'tell
- visiting Wilson recreation centre (playmates program)
- circle time (numbers, songs, weather, special helper of the day, childrens birthdays, reading books, felt board stories, file folder games)
- monthly fire drills, earthquake drills (so we are well prepared)
- resting periods/ quiet activities
- create fun art projects
- fundraising events

We are located at the Elgin House Building on Elgin Avenue and just minutes away from the West Coast Express in Port Coquitlam!!
