Prescholer upset talking about another baby
« on: January 05, 2011, 01:07:55 PM »
Hello Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem like this.  My husband and I have been discussing another baby at the dinner table with our 2 boys 1 is 13 and the other is 5.  My 5 year old has been really acting out, ever since we had mentioned this, he said he doesent want anymore babies!!!!  and now me and my hubby are going crazy with his behavour, the temper tantrums, not doing what he has been told, not going to bed, talking back.  If anyone can help me get through this would be greatley appreciated

Hi!
First of all i think that his behavior in his age is very legitimate! Right now he is the smallest in the family and he doesnt want that anyone would "catch" his place... I think that you should show him the advantages that he might get, if he will have a brother/sister.. For example: If he would have a brother/sister, he would have another "friend" to play with..
So..think about it.
