Day Care Worker Charged After 3-Yr.-Old Suffers Broken Leg
« on: February 22, 2008, 04:24:34 PM »
A bizarre incident at a day care has left a Scugog woman facing charges of assault causing bodily harm. Christa Ruhl has operated a child care facility out of her Port Perry home for the past four years and looks after eight kids. But on January 29th, police were called to her house after reports of a baby with a serious injury. They discovered a 3-year-old boy suffering from a broken leg.

Hmmm.....8 children isn't that over ratio for a home child care facility???
