Managing sleep time
« on: December 02, 2011, 11:55:17 AM »
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the daycare business:) new at managing everything by myself.
So I have my girl, 13 months and I have a child 12 months in my care. My question is how do you manage sleep time? My little one sleeps by herself, however the child in my care needs to be rocked to sleep( I usually go to another room while my baby is in her crib and rock the other child to sleep. He sleeps only if we are alone and nothing distracting him - makes sense:)) once the child sleeps I take him to the sleep room (making sure my daughter is also asleep otherwise if she sees me she jumps up and doesn't sleep back :( ) if I were to take another baby in my care (which I hope to do soon)  how would I manage to let them all sleep? What do you guys do? How you manage to make them all sleep? I think this is my biggest challenge:)
Any suggestions are welcome
Thanks a lot
