Daycare description / philosophy

My name is Rachael and I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator who has worked in the field for over 15 years. My goal as an educator is to provide a safe and fun environment for your child/children where they can learn and have fun. I feel a child's work is play. All activities are intended as an opportunity for building social skills, interacting between children, practicing self-help skills in a family like environment. Your children will be taught to respect each other, adults and property. My second goal as an educator is to teach the children to communicate, negotiate, problem solve and to get along with others. Everyday i will offer the children opportunity to play and learn these skills. I provide homemade lunch's and snacks for the children. Fruit/Vegetables daily. Outdoor time a minimum of 2 hours per day, weather permitting. Daycare information package available.
