Daycare description / philosophy

**The Tot's Spot Dayhome is unlicensed I am located in Fort Stewart and operate Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm. I offer a play based, child led program. Learning is primarily done by following the needs and interests of the children. I also follow the Playing Preschool curriculum which is incorporated in the day-to-day activities. A morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack are included in the fees. Inside we do sensory bins, crafts, group songs, stories and more. We have a variety of items from blocks and floor toys, puzzles, a book space, dramatic play space items and a variety of other toys that the children can be creative and use their imagination for play. Outside we have over an acre of space which includes slides, a sandbox, riding toys, mud kitchen, sporting equipment and more. Weather permitting, we also do day trips to local the playground.
