Daycare description / philosophy

I am an Early Childhood Educator with experience as a Director of Facilities. I have currently been operating a wonderful program since December 2006 after changing from center based childcare to home based childcare. I have been working within the childcare field for 15 plus years and with children of all ages. I will provide high quality, reliable, and supportive care to families and children, offering the stability of a nurturing environment and home atmosphere. This program is set to expand all possible learning domains through emergent programming with a focus on enhancing creativity, exploration, and individuality. In addition, the program will provide opportunities to develop positive attitudes and compassion for others in a social environment. Health, nutrition, and developmentally appropriate physical activity are incorporated into the program. This program will follow safety regulations and standards set forth by Day Nursery Licensing that also pertain to home based care.
