Situated in our Home, Oldfield Academy is led by Stephanie Oldfield, a Registered Early Childhood Educator with the College of ECEs who believes in the potential of each individual child, their ability to create their own meaningful learning in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Full day Program begins at 6:30am with a balanced breakfast from 7- 830, outdoor play time, integrated Circle Time and play based programming. The children are encouraged to follow their own interests while we help foster each child’s natural curiosity, sense of wonder and eagerness to learn. Children are free to explore our learning centres or have a rest in the cozy reading nook. A flexible schedule includes naps depending on family needs and developmental levels of the child.

Furthermore, Oldfield Academy provides a hot lunch, fresh and made from scratch, with a focus on complete nutrition and trying new flavours. Snacks will be offered mid-morning and after our afternoon rest period. French class occurs twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, where children will enjoy fun songs and activities with our accredited French teacher.

Each day comes to a close with additional outside play, activities chosen by the child that foster independence and growth and opportunities to relax, create artwork or build in a safe and secure home environment.

Your Caregiver has years of experience working with children, is fully trained in CPR and First Aid, obtained a clear police reference check and maintains immunizations. As a member of the College of ECEs, Stephanie holds herself to the highest standard of care and will provide nothing less for your child.
