Daycare description / philosophy

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Jackie's Home Daycare!

My name is Jackie Morra and I have two little girls, ages 4.5 yrs and 11 mos. I am starting my home daycare because I have a genuine love of children & enjoy seeing them reach their full potential. As a parent I understand that it can take a lot of time & effort to find a perfect match to care for your child. A safe & comfortable environment, a nurturing & experienced provider, fun learning, healthy meals, centralized location and flexible hours are just a few of the qualities within my home.

As you know, in the first three years of your childs life, he will go through some incredible developmental stages. Oberserving an infants journey through these stages never ceases to amaze me.

I feel it is very important for kids to feel like they are a true part of our family and are receiving the personal attention they deserve. I also do my best to follow a 'buddy system' so that each child coming into my home has another child the same age to connect with. That being said, at this time I currently have space for 1 child full time, preferrably a girl ages 2-3 yrs, starting September 3, 2013.

Please note that on July 20, 2013 I completed Emergency First Aid with CPR C + AED through St. John Ambulance. I also do have references available upon request.
