Daycare description / philosophy

Hi my name is Simone. I am a fun, loving and Qualified caregiver with over 20 years experience. I have my first aid and CPR. I am a mother of two, and have been running a home daycare for many, many years. I have experience with children of all ages but have mostly worked with infants, toddlers and pre school.(6 months to 4 years old). I provide a fun, safe and stimulating program for your little ones. Our days are full of laughter, fun and activity. We go on daily outings to parks, playgroups or for walks. When we are home our Indoor activities include story time, crafts, music, playdough, and puzzles. Educational and play based learning takes place all day. (Learning colors, shapes, number and letter recognition etc.) My daycare is run completely on the main floor of my home (bungalow), with a large bright room that is dedicated to the children. I also have a large back garden that is totally enclosed and child appropriate. Nutritious lunches and snacks are provided. My home is a smoke and T.V. free environment. Pet friendly home with one small dog. I am a very nurturing and patient caregiver that offers your child a home away from home, with lots of TLC. My home is open for the parents to drop in and join us whenever they wish.(Due to covid this is temporarily postponed.) References form present and previous daycare parents are provided. Yearly receipts are provided. If you are interested in joining our little group or would like more information, I would be happy to speak with you. Please note due to covid some of our activities are on hold until they are safe to resume. Temporary daycare hours are 7:30- 4:30. (Enhanced cleaning due to covid).
