Daycare description / philosophy

A proud mother of two daughters 5 and 1, I am utilizing my 15 years experience in corporate learning and development to design a childcare program in my home.

The childcare program offers services in a safe and clean home on a quiet street off Mapleview, east of the 25th Sideroad. Steps to the Sunnybrae bus stop, your child will be supervised to and from the stop every day.

A 500 sq ft room on an upper level of home provides plenty of space for the majority of indoor play activities and a beautiful spacious yard for outdoor fun. A full range of age-appropriate toys are onsite to encourage your child's creativity, role-playing and social development. We enjoy outdoor activities year-round (weather permitting) either in the yard, walks, or outings to our neighborhood parks.

A quiet zone is available to before and after school students enabling your child to focus on homework assignments (if applicable).

Your child will enjoy healthy meals and snacks, a positive play environment, fun and creative activities, pre-school learning exercises to prepare for kindergarten, and connecting with future and fellow Sunnybrae students.
