Daycare description / philosophy

Hi my name is Rana, I am a mother of a toddler and a 4 year old, and have had many years experience caring for children of various ages. I am CPR First Aid Certified and offer yearend tax receipts and references. My home is a smoke free and pet free environment.
I currently am looking to fill 2 full time spots
I would like to welcome you and your little one, to my home daycare
Your childs home away from home.
I have a newly renovated bright walk out basement with 900sq feet of dedicated daycare space.
I will provide your child with a semi structured day, giving your child an educational play based program. We will start the day with circle time, where we will go through the days of the week, the weather, story time, ABC's and 123's, finger plays, sing songs and dance. We will have plenty of time for crafts, where your child will explore the use of child proof scissors, finger paints, and creating special gifts for mom and dad. There will themed days i.e.: dress up, pajama day, movie Fridays. I will help teach your child the importance of sharing and caring for others and the magic words of please and thank you. We will have plenty of outdoor play one or in the morning and one in the afternoon where we will go on nature walks and trips to the park, weather permitting.
I believe in nutrition, especially in the early years to be very important, therefore all meals are homemade, and follow the Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating.
I will provide breakfast, lunch (hot or cold) and 2 snacks with plenty of water, milk and juice.
I am located in Simcoe Landing, walking distance to Lake Simcoe Public School.
