Daycare description / philosophy

Hi, my name is Julie Otten. I am a Mother of two beautiful little girls Jayla and Elise. I am opening my home to a quality family who is looking for quality child care for their children. I was raised by my stay at home Mom who also ran a daycare so I understand how much love, time and support your little ones need.

I grew up in Stratford and after graduating highschool went on to complete an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship. I am a licensed Millwright but have decided to stay at home and raise my children to ensure they are getting the best possible start in life and we would love to have your little ones join us. We are a family who really enjoys the out of doors and lots of physical activity. We have one cat Whiskey (declawed) and one great family dog Levi who loves the girls but spends most of her day outside. I will ensure your child is in a happy, safe home environment where they will be well loved and cared for. We live on a 2 acre lot in the country on hwy 19, North of Kintore. We love to go on adventure walks and look for treasures. We have a very large fully gated deck that is equipped with a water table, play house, sandbox and bikes that we enjoy as well. Our house is newly renovated, safe, smoke free and child proof. Our water is tested quartly. In the colder months we have a play center inside the house and do lots of singing, dancing and crafts.

I am up to date on my Baby Safe, First Aid and CPR Courses, and will provide you with police record checks for my husband and myself upon request.

I provide healthy hot lunches and snacks.

Our weekly rates are $100 part time and $150 full time and I provide receipts.
