Daycare description / philosophy

Little about me... I have plenty of references personal and work related, i usually use my daycare parents as their opinion definitely matters! I am 37 and I have a 10.5 year old daughter and a 9 year old son and an 1 3 year old son (We have a 4 year old puppy too but she is amazing with the kiddos) :) Moved to listowel 8years ago, and am originally from brampton. I have been doing daycare for 10 years :) any questions you have id be happy to answer. We are off of wallace/armstrong. We have a fully fenced in yard with a huge playset :) We love the outdoors and crafts, parties, dancing. I am Pretty flexible on hours, 7-5 usually. I charge 55/day for anything under 9 hours. Please let me know if you are running late any day, i understand it happens but like the heads up. I dont ask to get paid for vacation days i take and ask you pay half for the vacation you take. No payment for up to 5 sick days, above those days i ask for half.. Id rather parents worry about their babes and not missing work and having to pay daycare, but if possible i like to have notice. I dont tend to take many days off other then 2 weeks in the summer and the occasional day for sickness or appointments (these are rare) I provide receipts and they can be weekly or yearly, payday is friday, etransfer or cheque works best. I have a file of papers including a contract to be filled out and signed if we are a good fit :)
