Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

Little Bloomers is a home daycare that provides care to young children and support to young families. I currently have 7 year's of experience working in child care centres, caring for children from infants to school age. I am an educated Early Childhood Educator, who has CPR and First Aid certificate, Food Handler's certificate, and criminal reference check.

Little Bloomers Home Daycare has a focus on growth and development, through play and structured activities. I incorporate free play through our play room which enhances sensory, imaginary play, gross motor, fine motor, and cognitive ability. I also have structured activities that include story time, circle time, and craft time which enhances school readiness. All in all, I have an environment that I want children to feel safe, develop friendships, and have fun in.

My Home Daycare features field trips to the Library, Aquarium, Apple Land, Children's Museum, Westminster Ponds walking trail, among others, for your children's amusement and education. We also incorporate special days where your children will be able to participate in swim days, crazy hair days, backwards clothes day, and many others.
