Hopscotch is a government licensed daycare agency that offers quality home childcare in a safe, warm, educational home environment for children aged six weeks to 12 years old. Hopscotch is part of the Canada Wide Program that offers reduced parent fees. All of our caregivers and their families undergo an intensive screening process to ensure safety of the children for which they provide care. Each caregiver completes a detailed interview, home assessment, physical checkup, first aid training and personal and criminal reference checks prior to children starting with them. Our Providers are either have E.C.E. diplomas or have extensive experience in childcare. They are interactive with children and ensure that the children have very limited television time. Our Providers have excellent references and are comfortable with children of all ages and needs. They live in safe, convenient neighbourhoods with a park nearby. The homes are always clean and have a warm atmosphere. This is not just a job for our Providers as they truly love children. Your child will love their home away from home.
