Introducing Learn & Laugh Daycare!

1 full time space teachers space (summers off) available in January 2020, 1-4 year old.

Standard hours - 7am-5pm.

About me:
- My name is Jen and I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls (10 & 7 yrs old).
- 15+ years experience working with children as a Child and Youth worker, 7 years in a school setting.
- Daycare owner/ provider for the past 7 years.
- First Aid & CPR certified.
- Criminal Reference check for the Vulnerable Sector complete.
- References available.

About Learn & Laugh:
- A registered business. Receipts provided!
- Located in the Scott & Derry area of Milton.
- Insured for 5 children in addition to my own.
- Standard hours of operation - 7:00am to 5:00pm.
- Home cooked meals! Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack provided.
- Parent Packages include: Daily Schedule, Policies & Procedures, Registration Forms & Menu.
- Daily activities include: Circle time (weather chart , interactive songs/ rhymes, stories, memory/matching games), Table activities (Colouring, puzzles, train table, play-dough), Art Time (painting, crafts, cut & paste), Sensory Fun (touch, taste, smell, sight, hearing),Creative play (puppets, dress up, house, little people & more) & OUTDOOR fun (walks, backyard fun, park/splash pad & more).
- Monthly Calendar provided with FUN dates
- Focus of teaching: Life Skills - using manners, participating in tidy up, sharing, potty training (when necessary), and using words (when possible). All positive behavior will be reinforced with praise!

Objective:
To provide a safe and loving environment for children to Learn & Laugh.

Goal:
To create a home away from home, for the little ones to feel as comfortable in my home as they do in their own homes!
