Daycare description / philosophy

One current opening. Full-time, part time or before and after school (Hawthorne Public School only). My Loving Home Daycare has been in business for over 15 successful years and is a great environment for children of Mothers and Fathers looking for a small safe home environment with lots of care, attention, love, stimulation, early learning, home cooked meals, a home away from home feeling and lots more...

Our Daily Routine:

As the children arrive at different times in the morning, the little ones start their day with a simple early morning get acquainted play and early morning snack or breakfast if parent need a little help with that step in their busy morning. After everyone has arrived and we are back from out school run, we all join in the daycare area for the following:

A short story
Free play (Indoor or Outdoor depending on weather)
Morning Snack
Craft, Colour, Playdough, Worksheets, Age appropriate Learning (Sensory, Numbers, letters, Colours, Sounds) etc....
Free play and clean up (Indoor or Outdoor depending on weather)
Lunch
Song
Nap time if child is still in Nap Stage
Snack
Free Play, finish craft
Clean up
Music
Quiet Activity waiting for pick up

Other activities that may be added to our day:

Stroller walks
Local Parks
Outings to various places (ie Playgroups, Farms, Conservation areas etc..)

First Aid/CPR

I do have a very friendly Cat MAX if any allergies (Sorry)
