Daycare description / philosophy

As an Early Childhood Educator, in the field for over 6 years, working with children has become one of my passions in life. My Philosophy is to provide quality care in a home based environment that satisfy's the needs of both parent and child. I like to use positive reinforcement and redirection as my main method of behaviour management; guiding them to make better choices. I offer a full program which includes meals and snacks, naps and fun developmentally appropriate activites for all the children.
My home is a Smoke-Free environment and we have a family dog.
