Daycare description / philosophy

HELLO! My name Elisa. I am a Mom of two children a five year old boy and a eight year old girl. I have five years experience working in home daycare as well as in a daycare centre.
I offer a full day program to Toddlers and Preschoolers in a loving, safe and clean environment. As your child grows I challenge them to fun and creative ways to be able to grow and learn. Monthly themed calendars ,weekly activity logs and menu logs are sent home so you can follow along in your child's day. My program has a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Concepts such as developing social skills by learning to interact in a group setting, listening and learning routine and structure of a planned day , gross/fine motor skills, identifying objects, colours, shapes, numbers, sensory activities such as play dough, water and rice play, circle and story time, arts & crafts and much more. We take daily neighbourhood walks, play in a large fenced backyard with many outdoor toys as well as a little tykes swing set. Two beautiful parks are also just steps away. A healthy homemade lunch is offered each day as well as 2 snacks. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Police check and references are available on request.
