Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

The Discovery Garden is a home based daycare run by a trained RECE. Current first aid and CPR, current police check, food handlers certificate, amoung many other courses and seminars related to child development and education. The daycare is located on the main floor of an open concept home with large spaces and windows. Sleeping arrangements are in quite bedrooms on the second floor with video monitoring. The home is smoke free- cat friendly (the cats are not in the daycare space while children are). Meals are organized on an 8 week rotating menu, cooked daily in house. A balanced diet is offered. Daily outings to local parks and Oak Park neighborhood Centre. Back yard is fully fenced and private.
