Daycare description / philosophy

STARTING AUGUST 2015

British trained (NNEB) and ECE offering, caring, educational, quality childcare in bright, friendly home with fenced in yard and outdoor play structure.

I have worked as a British nanny and following that, many years in a childcare centre where I have extensive experience programming fun, learning opportunities for young children.

I have 2 children, one in school all day and my youngest at home with me.

Hours are 7.30am-5.30pm but if your needs differ slightly from that I am willing to work with you

I look forward to providing a "home away from home" where your child spends their day in a nuturing, learning environment.

Our play area is on the main floor in a pet free home. I can cater to allergies or dietary requirements.

I update my 1st Aid certificate annually and have a clear police check
-Daily circle times with activities to promote literacy and number skills.
-Weekly cooking "class" where children learn to weigh, measure and follow a recipe
-Art supplies available at all times, structured and unstructured.
-Singing and music times.
-Opportunities for science and nature activities.
-Daily outdoor play time. plus during school time we will walk to pick up from Adelaide Mclaughlin School (10 min walk)
