Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

Stepping Stones Home Child Care will open it's doors in September 2012, and is currently accepting new children!

Stepping Stones goes above and beyond and offers the quality of care you would expect in a center-based program, out of the comfort of home. Stepping Stones is owned and operated by a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), with over 12 years experience working with children, who is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Following emergent curriculum, an approach which builds activities and fosters learning through the interests of the children, the children get the opportunity to directly influence how they spend their time.

We will follow a daily schedule, which will include time for child-directed play, structured activities, circle time, outdoor play, and so much more!

Stepping Stones operates on a 3-week rotational menu, offering your child the healthiest of food and snacks. Your child will be provided with a hot lunch and two snacks throughout the day. Fruit will be made available to snack on in between.

Stepping Stones is currently enrolling children aged 12-36 months.
