Our childcare centre offers full time and part time programs for Infants and Toddlers.

Infants

Our childcare provides an infant program for children age 8 month to 18 months. A warm and loving atmosphere prevails in our infant rooms, where a 1:3 ratio (one adult to
three infants) enables our staff to provide individualized care for each baby. Infants are nurtured through a variety of sensory and movement experiences, and the importance of following each baby's sleep, feeding and play routines, as it is done at
home, is mirrored in our care. In addition to their daily routines, our infants have a variety of programs including outdoor play and fun indoor activities such as playing with new materials like paint and participating in music and movement classes.The importance
of communication between parents and teachers is emphasized through a daily record of each baby's activities, food intake and diaper routine.

Toddlers

Our childcare provides a toddler program for children age 18 months to 2½ years. As each child grows and develops, we provide the opportunity for safe, supervised exploration. A 1:5 ratio (one adult to five toddlers) is provided during programming time.
Toddlers eat their meals at a table and learn to use their utensils to feed themselves. Our toddlers enjoy varied activities such as arts & crafts and music. Language skills develop rapidly at this age and we make sure that our toddlers are read to often and have many social opportunities to express themselves everyday. Age-appropriate toys, equipment and art supplies are in abundance to encourage busy little hands and minds.
