Transitioning into different routines down the line becomes easier as your child will have been exposed to social settings and have the necessary coping skills and adaptability required to manage their day.

By supporting their independance and nourturing their self esteem, your child will be well balanced and have a strong sense of self!

As a parent, establishing a positive and communicative relationship with the Caregiver builds a solid level of comfort your child will be able to sense. Children will feel safe if their parent is comfortable leaving them with their Caregiver.

As leaving your child for the first time can be emotional and separation anxiety is common for both the parent and the child, Davenport Play offers a peaceful atmosphere to take your time with the transition from Parent to Caregiver. There is no rush, Parents are welcome to stay and visit as often as needed.
