Daycare description / philosophy

I am a registered Waldorf teacher and work out of the belief that each developing human being is uniquely valuable, gifted with purpose and worthy of respect throughout all phases of his or her lifeâ€™s journey. My home environment provides relationship-based education with a consistent caregiver and no more than five children at a time.

Children, being open and unprotected, are reliant on the grace of their environment. Everything that they witness is united with their internal life. As a caregiver I recognize that my actions, both inner and outer, are deeply significant. With this knowledge I am continually striving through self-development to be worthy of imitation.

It is my absolute goal to be in collaboration with you as the parent. I will work hard in supporting you as primary figure in your child's life. Together we can form the community required in raising a healthy and confident child.
