Daycare description / philosophy
Welcome to My Home Daycare. My name is Tammy Hodges. I am a Mother of 3 children and a professional childcare provider. I have been operating a home daycare since 1998.As a family child care provider, my goal is to provide a safe and happy place for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. I believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Activities will be offered which stimulate sensory motor development, language development and social interaction. The development of strong self-esteem is also a major goal. Children will be taught to respect each other, adults, and property.
I understand the needs of a parent, being a parent myself, and I try to provide a daycare situation that I WOULD WANT MY OWN CHILDREN TO BE APART OF if I were working outside the home.
We are a pet friendly enviroment!!!
