Daycare description / philosophy

If you have been looking for quality home Childcare look no further -you have found the one!
First I want to tell you a little bit about who I am. I am a 35 year old married mother of 2 amazing children ages 8 & 3.I have the BEST most rewarding job in the world, I'm a full time mom and I LOVE it! I've been running a home daycare for 4years which I take great pride in, but most of my experience comes from being a mom!

Why I opened a daycare:

After struggling to find a quality daycare for my first born, I decided to stay home with my boys after the birth of my second son. I have a large, spacious home and with the added space decided to open up that quality daycare I was unable to find. I provide a safe home away from home& environment, provide quality loving childcare by keeping low ratios, earn your trust, and become your child's last daycare provider until he/she is ready for school.

Children are my passion and I LOVE my job! When you see your child is excited to come here you will begin to see that they are treated here as if they were my own. If you want your child to receive a lot of one on one time, love and special attention and create new relationships and bonds with there new friends- you have found the right place. It is not uncommon for me to see parents struggling to take their child home because they do not want to leave.

PLAYROOM

I have a really FUN playroom dedicated for the children. It is very large and spacious, colorful, and loaded with great toys, books, puzzles, educational games. I am always investing in my daycare, always looking at ways to improve it and am always buying new toys, books and arts and crafts to keep things exciting! I strive to provide the BEST for all the kiddos in my care!!! I believe this really sets me apart from many other home daycare providers.

I run a daily structured routine so your child will always know what comes next -Circle time, crafts ,story time outdoor time,We do a variety of daily fun activities including, painting, playdough, sensory bins, lots of puzzles, coloring, pretend games, hide and seek, arts and crafts, making puppets, drawing, singing and dancing, building, potato head, legos, play sets, dolls, grocery cart, educational games and so much more!

Our learning/pre-school activities include: Name writing, ABC's, letter sounds, #'s, circle time, sorting, colors, shapes, size comparison, tracing, rhyming, matching, patterns - I always encourage independence and problem solving skills to prepare them for JK.
We have a large fenced in safe yard filled with Swings, Slides, Climbers ,sand and water table ,Chalk boards ,ride on toys and much more, we really do enjoy our outdoor play!

I provide very healthy and nutritious homemademeals and snacks for your child ,always with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Each Child is provided with his or her own Playpen or Sleepcot -depending on there age and needs. Parents are responsible for providing --Sheets, Blankets, sleeping buddy, Bottles, sippy cups, Diapers, wipes, creams and suntan lotions ,etc
