Daycare description / philosophy

Hello my name is Kelly. I am a loving mother of three children ages 10, 8 and 3 years old. I have been running a well-established home daycare for 11 years. My goal is to provide your child with a safe, clean, comfortable, caring and learning environment.

At Busy Wee Bee's we are a place where children can be children feel safe, secure, loved, happy and mentally stimulated with fun things to do. I implement educational activities allowing the children to learn an explore through play. Children will receive lots of indoor and outdoor play. Throughout the day we do crafts, circle time, (includes games, singing, story books, and alphabet/letter recognition) science experiments,dress up and freeplay. I provide two nutritional snacks and a lunch served with 2% milk and fruit.

As a home child care provider I find it very rewarding working with children every day. Watching them grow making new discoveries, learning to interact with one another and watching them feel proud of their achievements. I had a passion for working with young children since I was a young child myself. I am honoured to be able to work with young kids from my home. I also want parents to feel comfortable having total peace of mind knowing their child is happy and safe while you are at work. I try to make starting daycare easier by communicating through text and sending pictures throughout the day.

I have my first aid certificate and criminal reference check. I provide parents with yearly receipts at the end of the year and also can provide recent references.
