Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

Hi parents!

I currently have openings in my new home daycare for children aged 3 to 5 years. I already have 1 boy aged 4 and am looking for another 1 to 2 children to accompany him.

My home is conveniently located on Duthie ave, is a 1 minute drive off of Lougheed highway (Bainbridge) or 4 minutes off of Hastings. It is also a few houses away from Montecito Elementary school. The daycare is set up downstairs in the newly renovated & spacious suite. It has a separate entry, a large play area, a bonus room with a fort set up, a kitchen & a bathroom designated to the children, and 1 nap room. The children also have plenty of room to enjoy the great outdoors as my home is located on a double lot! Daily routine includes art, story time, educational cards & activities, movement & dance, free play, and much more! I offer lunch and snacks, am fairly flexible with the hours and very affordable in cost! I am currently in the process of obtaining my Early Childhood Educator diploma and will be getting my First Aid certificate in March.
My mission is to provide children with an environment that is clean, safe and provokes learning. I believe the best way for children to learn is through play, and I integrate this into the curriculum by setting up activities that are both enjoyable and educational!
