Daycare description / philosophy

Following the educational program \"Accueillir la petite enfance\" (0 to 5 year old preschoolers), the curriculum is built around various aspects of child development:

Fine and global motor skills: Children evolve through movement and play. Motor-skills will help your child to develop writing skills. Global motor skills and exercise will support his overall health and well-being for a lifetime.

Social and emotional skills: Your child will learn to express himself in a safe and affectionate setting. This will give him an opportunity to gain the self-confidence that is essential to value his uniqueness and forge trusting relationships.

Cognitive and language skills: Proper tools and attention from an early childhood educator support children's language skills and their ability to think. Songs, stories, scientific experiences, games, discussions and more are used.

Three parks close by with paddle pool, sandboxes, play modules and swings.

The menu is developed according to the Canadian Food Guide. Children eat a wholesome meal at lunchtime and two healthy snacks a day.

Parents must provide diapers, formula and Tempra. The educator provides the rest.
