Daycare description / philosophy

Quebec English Daycare is a subsidized home daycare service in Quebec City operated by Kristine Sanderson, B.A., B.Ed., Cert. E.C.E. since 1995, and serving children from ages zero to 5 years.We are conveniently located across the street from the Laval University campus, in the Sillery/Sainte-Foy neighborhood of the Quebec capital. The daycare occupies the entire ground floor of a large house and is equipped with a large, fenced yard for the children to play in. A bilingual atmosphere is provided, but English-speaking children or children whose parents want a more intensive English immersion experience are welcome. Fees are currently $7.75 per day per child, with the rest covered by public subsidy, and we have room for 6 children at any time. Nutritious home-cooked meals are of course provided, and the home is pet-free and smoke-free.
