Our facility is cleaned and vacuumed daily. Most of our toys are brand new as we opened 6 months ago. We do make accomodations for parents with diet restrictions or allergies. We served beef sausage and hot dogs when there was a pork restriction for example. However, it is a policy that we do not feed the children candy or unhealthy snacks as bribery for children\\\'s behaviour as requested by parent. Extra food is provided to children who require more than others throughout the day. Parents sign a handbook upon registration that clearly outlines \\\"verbal abuse of staff\\\" as a means for termination of childcare.

My children enjoyed going to this daycare, but due to lack/and miscommunication between parants and staff, resulted in the termination of my children. Facility was often clean but things toilet paper rolls on the ground for 3 days makes me question. Toys show lots of wear and tear. Staff cannot differentiate the difference between a compliment and a concerned parent and often fib and hide things from the parents. There have been no exceptions to food arrangements on days pizza, ham , pepperoni were served and hot dogs, as my children don't eat pork. I always had pack them a lunch to make sure that they had a proper meal for the day. My eldest son had been denied snacks when he was hungry during nap time, and all staff had to say was " we can't give him food, during times that are not snack time, please pack him extra snacks and or a lunch"
