On our 3rd day my husband went to drop off the kids, he rang the doorbell, knocked on the door and stood out side for 10 minutes in the freezing cold with our infant and toddler and this lady did not answer the door nor did she answer the phone when he called. My son has never cried when we drop him off at a dayhome and he freaked out when we pulled up and was screaming for us not to leave him. Her bathroom was extremely dirty and the house smelled like dog pee. Dont take your kids here. Who doesnt answer the door?? She also has our deposit.
