The administration is not the greatest. I was told there was a spot available and I asked when I needed to make a final decision. I was told a week was fine to get back to them. Well, I called back 3 business days later and was told there was another person interested and was touring the day I called. Even when I told them I could register now, they were reluctant and wanted me to call me back in 1 hour to advise if there was still a spot. I expressed my disappointment that I thought I had priority since 1) I was told I had time to decide and 2) I was ready to register before this other person's tour (ie first come first serve?). Anyhow, I never got a a call back and was told the spot was filled when I called them back. I understand the daycare didn't enter any binding agreement with me, but I guess I was naive to think that they would honor a verbal agreement or that the process of getting a spot was transparen. Based on how the conversations with this daycare went, I'm not sure I could trust its integrity.
