I spent an afternoon there in the fall when it was quite chilly outside and the children were kept outside for an hour and a half even when many of them were asking to go inside. The reason I was given was that the teacher had nothing planned for the children to do because she wasn't supposed to be there that day. Also, I found there to be a lack of communication between the staff members as many of them did not know what they were supposed to do there.
