My hours were clearly posted in the contract you signed and do you think that a retail store would unlock their doors and let you shop 10 to 20 minutes before business hours started which I did on a regular basis? Rather than coming early and often times past my closing hours you assume that would be okay, you should have made arrangements like any other responsible adult would have. I work 10 hours a day and I\'m unflexible? If you were concerned about the firearms being locked in a gun locker in the basement which is off limits to the children then why did enroll him in the first place and keep him here for over 2 years? The children who\'s parents are police officers certainly don\'t have a problem with this. I feel you are grasping at straws. Your child was provided milk, juice, water and snacks... operative word snacks, if you wanted me to feed him dinner you should have asked. As far as my employee is concerned if you had any issues with her you should have advised me because I would have not tolerated it as I don\'t pay her to watch t.v., but rather than address the concern you\'d rather run away and whine about it later. You are behaving like more of a child than your own son.

Busy Beaver is correct - the operator is always busy, to busy in fact to provide proper care for children. Operator is completely unflexible with hours of operation. And was late to begin operations several times even on her restrictive schedule. Operator "play area" of a 6x6 area of their living room blocked off by a baby gate, in which all the children are stuffed. Operator's husband is a hunter, as such there is firearms in the residence. Operator claimed to "provide snacks", but my child was to the point of crying due to hunger EVERY time he was picked up. Operator also does not provide milk to drink. Operator left a secondardy person in charge during afternoons, who would spend most of her time in other room watching TV, leaving the children un-attended in the "play area". I would not recommend this day-home to ANYONE. Even if you are on a tight budget, this place is not worth it. I have switched locations and my son his much happier and healthier since leaving this "Day Home".
