All the staff appear to be very knowledgeable. My first child enjoyed himself very much everyday that he was at discovery! Each one staff has their different strengths in different areas and work together in a very good team environment. The day care is cleaned weekly and daily as its needed as well as the playground. The ratios are good and seem to comply to all the licensing rules. The children spend A LOT of time outdoors in all seasons and take field trips during the summer time. I would recommend this day care to anyone!
