This daycare opened a new location in Coventryhills in November 2011. Do not be fooled by the new building and fresh paint! The care workers here are questionably qualified and fail to impliment a positive atmosphere. My child and I on many occasions oberserved and were subjected to yelling and threatening behavior by the staff. Problem solving strategies were suggested by many parents and yet no changes were made. Unproffesional and unrealistic are the best words to describe ESG. Example: The staff refused to drive my child(and others) to school because the kids weren't getting ready on time. I had to leave work and personally take my child to school.
