For the monthly rate we were being charged, the services rendered were below par. My child was attending the Sunridge location. The professionalism exhibited by staff was very low. They seemed to exhibit favoritism and to me that is unacceptable as they would be inculcating those behaviour with my child. Simple request such as 'kindly give me child more water (from a water bottle I was supplying from home), led to my kid not being given milk - even for breakfast cereals.' My child was at the care for over 6 months and the amount of 'unsatisfactory emails to the site director' from me was minimum 1-2 per month. But I felt it wasn't being addressed at all. I will definitely advise parents to be extremely cautios before considering this daycare.
