The rooms in this daycare are not clean. By the fridge in the upstairs toddler room the floor is filthy. There is no longer a soft couch for the children to sit and read as its been replaced with a hard bench. The food is below adequate at best. I am finding that I am bringing in snacks (as requested by staff) so my child will eat as well I've noticed other parents doing the same. The food on the menu doesn't appeal to most children judging by the amount of lunch bags in the fridge with individual childrens names on them. Their menu needs to be modified by a qualified dietician as the current menu isn't meeting the needs of the children. One item on the menu is kidney beans with ground beef or mixed vegetables and whole wheat flour mixed in. This doesn't sound very appealing to most adults I've asked not alone a 3 year old. Tofu and mixed vegetables is another one. The menu only says vegetables or fruit but doesn't give specifics.
