This place has changed. The ratios have gotten pretty bad and her home is not big enough for the number of kids that she has. My child was getting hurt and coming home with some not-so-great stories that mostly resulted from insufficient staffing/supervision. This never used to be an issue but the place just kept taking in more kids (and raising their fees.) Jennifer is loving and great, but I feel like her focus is no longer on the kids but now on profits and expansion.
