Overall my experience with this daycare has not been good. The food is stated "made from scratch" and sample menus online look amazing, but the reality is a different story. The ratios are ok, but not always what they are supposed to be. They definitely lack organization, can never find something in the sames place twice and it is always hard to find where kids bags are, clothes etc and the staff are not helpful when discussing issues or trying to find things. Daily reports are not always done as promised and have contained incorrect information, I think from just copying the same report over and over instead of writing what really happen, what they did, had to eat etc, this is a daily thing. It is a very old house, not clean, and it is quite a small space. Many injuries that I had discovered once I got my little ones into a bath were never reported to me and I had to prove to them they happened, they didn't seem concerned at all. I would not recommend this daycare. On the wait list for another daycare
