Dear anonymous,
Thank you for the review
During the small amount of time you where here, I was able to assess the day home environment, with your child being here I was unable to provide the proper care. The one new screaming child seemed to effect the environment and rather then jeopardize your child?s care, the termination was for the best not only for the dayhome but for your child as well.
I do not provide sub par services and identified that care was not to where it was previously before you arrived.
Sorry it didn?t work out in your trial period but that?s why that is there in the contract. As per the contract I normally do not refund money, but made an exception and refunded a full refund of the deposit and all full month minus any days that was used.

I would not recommend this dayhome. We sent our child there recently and it was clear that Courtney was overwhelmed with 4 screaming one year olds and her own 3 kids to deal with. She had a very difficult time giving our child the attention that he needed.
